Once we have agreed on the details, sometimes the same day! If no machines are in stock at our location, it typically takes 2 – 5 business days. The sooner you call or text (626) 489-0464, the sooner we can get your machine to you.
How do you determine what snacks and drinks to sell inside your machine?
We start with you as the owner; you know your space and your people best, so your input always comes first. Next, with your permission, we will email a short survey to your employees and customers (if applicable) to ask them to share their favorites. Finally, we round out the selection with our years of vending experience; we know what sells and what does not sell.
Yes, really! Even installation is free and easy. There is no catch. We earn our money from snack and drink sales, and you get an upscale amenity for your location at no cost.
Is maintenance of the vending machine part of the service?
Yes, all maintenance and technical support is included. We are based in Highland Park, Los Angeles (near Downtown Los Angeles), so we are never far when your machine needs attention, and that keeps it running 24/7.
Who deals with refunds?
We do! We place a QR code that will allow the customer to submit an inquiry, and we will review the incident using our cameras inside the machine and address the issue on a case by case basis.
