- Communications: when you call, text, or email us, we collect your contact details and the contents of those communications.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or health information) through the Site. We do not request it and do not need it.
Information collected automatically
The Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website that referred you. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5) and through standard server logs. Contact form submissions may be stored through Wix's data storage, databases, and general applications on Wix's servers.
Information we receive from our clients
If you work at or visit a location where we place (or plan to place) a vending machine, our client, the location's owner or manager, may share your business contact information with us, with the client's authorization, for purposes such as coordinating installation or service or distributing a snack and drink preference survey.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests, and schedule calls or on-site visits;
- Evaluate whether a location is a good fit for our vending machines;
- Negotiate, enter into, and perform vending machine placement and service arrangements;
- Provide customer service and communicate about installation, restocking, maintenance, and refunds;
- Send you information about our services where permitted (you can opt out at any time, see Section 6);

- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third parties to help operate our business, such as Wix (website hosting, contact form processing, and data storage), email and telephone/text messaging service providers, scheduling tools, and business management software. These providers are authorized to use personal information only as needed to perform services for us.
- Professional advisors. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, insurers, and similar advisors where reasonably necessary.
- Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Endura Pinnacle LLC, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Endura Pinnacle LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy of which you will be notified as described in Section 14.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided through the Wix platform. These include cookies that are essential for the Site to function (for example, for security and load balancing) and cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site.
Embedded content. Some pages embed third-party content, such as YouTube videos. When you view or interact with embedded content, the third party (for example, Google/YouTube) may set its own cookies and collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not control those technologies.
Your choices. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and where a cookie banner is displayed on the Site, you can manage your preferences there. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
Do Not Track. Like most websites, the Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. Communications and Your Choices
Email. You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiry or communications about active services.
Calls and text messages. By providing your phone number through our contact form or otherwise, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or by telling us your preference), and you can get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services. You may ask us to contact you by email instead.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for example, while we are responding to your inquiry, during an active client relationship, and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. You may also request deletion as described in Section 9.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and the Site and its form submissions are hosted on Wix's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
We extend the following choices to all users, regardless of where you live:
- Access: You may ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: You may ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Marketing opt-out: you may opt out of marketing communications at any time (see Section 6).
To exercise any of these choices, contact us at info@endurapinnaclellc.com or (626) 489-0464. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices.
California residents. Endura Pinnacle is a small, local business and may not meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) applicable to it. Regardless, we voluntarily honor the requests described above for all users. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
10. Payments and In-Machine Cameras
For transparency, this section describes information practices related to our vending machines themselves:
- No payments through the Site. We do not sell products or process payments through the Site.
- Machine payments. Purchases at our smart vending machines are processed by third-party payment technology providers (such as the machine's payment platform, card networks, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) under their own terms and privacy policies. Endura Pinnacle does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
- In-machine cameras. Our machines may use interior cameras focused on the product area to confirm which items are removed, support accurate charging, deter theft, and resolve refund inquiries. Footage is reviewed on a case-by-case basis (for example, to investigate a disputed transaction) and is retained only for a limited period. The cameras do not record audio.
- Refund inquiries. If you submit a refund inquiry (for example, via the QR code on a machine), we may request your contact information and transaction details to investigate and resolve the issue.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services (such as YouTube). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Users Outside the United States
The Site is operated from California, USA, and is intended for users in the United States, particularly businesses in Los Angeles County. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as a prominent notice on the Site, before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
